Side by Side--Documentary film with the filmmaker
Charlotte County Community Services presents two documentary films—Side by Side and No Easy Grow up at the Port Charlotte Library. Both works from father and award- winning documentary filmmaker Ron Taylor focus on his son’s Micah’s significant disabling conditions. Taylor will lead discussions after both films. The two documentaries can be viewed as part I and part 2. Experience Micah’s ups and downs, triumphs and challenges, smiles, and tears. Films start at 6:00 p.m. Both documentaries are free and open to the public, but reservations are required. No Easy Grow Up will be screened on December 14th.
