Join Jennifer French, owner of The Yoga Sanctuary, for a one-hour session exploring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness. This program begins with an introduction to the principles and proven benefits of these time-honored practices—how they support physical balance, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. You’ll gain a better understanding of how simple mindful movements and breathing techniques can ease tension and calm the mind.

Session includes an interactive portion of gentle yoga designed specifically for those who may have balance concerns or limited mobility. All movements can be done with the support of a chair, making this class accessible to everyone.
